Shipping policy
All of our products have different processing times. Please review the description of each product to obtain the accurate and most up to date processing time before placing your order. Please note that processing time and shipping speed are different. Shipping speed is the timeframe that it takes your order to be delivered once it has been processed (processing time). Shipping Speed is purchased by the customer at checkout.Â
Rush Orders - Please note that we do not currently accept Rush Orders at the moment. If you need your wig or bundles for a specific day, it is highly requested that you send in or order your tresses ahead of time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email. Please make sure your email and shipping address are correct upon ordering. After your order is in the hands of our shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. You will have the option at checkout to add insurance on your package/packages UNLESS YOU PURCHASE OUR SHIPPING INSURANCE, which is available at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Items PolicyÂ
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. The Unit Fairy will not be held responsible if the customer package is shipped to the wrong address. If the package is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to ship back the item.Â
We recommend following your order (especially during high peak seasons) to ensure that it is delivered within the estimated delivery date shown on the carrier website. If you encounter any issue during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to get an understanding of the whereabouts of the order.Â
If the shipping carrier has deemed your item lost or stolen and you have purchased our SHIPPING INSURANCE, please reach out to us to start the refund process. In this case, all refunds are subject to the time frame of the shipping carrier refund process.Â
